Went to another shop and got quoted 2k. These guys told us what the other shop got wrong and gave us the services we actually need for under a thousand. My whole family uses this shop and I drive in from Carleton Place to use them they are that good. Speedy work too, we always get our car back on time. I cannot reccomend this shop enough 5 stars for sure.

We have been using B&L for repairs for the past few years from A/C issues to changing wheel bearings. Their prices are reasonable and the car is always done in a timely manner. Staff are nice and helpful.

It's in my neighborhood, so I went there for a safety check to buy out my lease. I've been leasing the 2020 brand new model for 3 years. It only has 17,000km mileage as staying home most of the time during pendamic. Guess what? I was told the whole set of roters and pads must be replaced to get the safety certificate, which doesn't make any sense to me. I paid $146.90 for the inspection and bought the car to dealership where the regular maintenances have been done, and easily passed the safety check.I don't know what to say about it, a blackmail maybe?J

A Well Reliable Establishment For Your Auto Needs.I've been coming to B&L for the past 15 years (an overdue review) to care for my two vehicles (Mazda3, Honda Odyssey van) and my older one, Honda Accord. They have always done a good job with ups and downs obviously. I've been coming here even more often during and after COVID-19 since I mostly work from home in Bridlewood. A nice and convenient location with very friendly staff especially the mechanic. Reason I gave a 5 was because of their service improvements in the last 6 years where they will call me and let me know IF something they find is extra (usually an engine issue that would cost a lot more) so that at least I can make the final call whether to proceed or not. It wasn't always like that but they have improved their communication with their customers. Kudos to you!

Awesome every time. Bring your car in when they open and they'll get the work done same day. Always come in under my assumed cost. Fast, reliable service when you need it.Would always recommend.

At first feels like the service is above average. Later, you cannot bring your own oil for change, parts onstalled fail within a month and you get the runaround all is good" although you see it is not. They use the cheapest parts available and do nothing when they fail in the warranty period. Do not use."
