Not using my real name but I have been seeing Jen for years and I have never been happier with my treatments and results. She is so sweet and it feels like talking to a friend you’ve known forever when you’re at your appointment. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and I have never had any issues with injection etc. if you’re unsure about getting treatment book with Jen and you won’t regret it! Thanks Jen and Owen for always being great!

I love getting my Botox done here! Jennifer is amazing. After seeing several other injectors (not at any of the Monaco locations), she has been the first to eliminate the “Spock brow” I always ended up with after seeing the other injectors. I’m always very happy with my results and have never needed to come back for a touch up a couple weeks later. Jennifer is so friendly and easy to talk to. She quickly starts feeling like a friend. She is very knowledgeable, clearly know her craft and cares about her work. 100% would recommend Monaco!

Nurse Shannon at Monaco was amazing! I was nervous going in for dermal filler, but Shannon talked me through everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Also, I'm very happy with my results! I'll definitely be going back to Monaco when a need a top up, and will request Shannon again.

My favorite medi spa to visit, all the girls are so knowledgeable, honest and detail oriented. I loved my consultation with lip filler and recently dissolving with RPN Shannon (to start fresh). The results are always perfect and I'm really happy with the outcome of each service. The Ancaster location is closest to me, the office is very clean and welcoming. Everyone is so friendly and overall a good time!

I have been coming to Monaco for a few years now. The staff are always so warm and welcoming! Debra and Jen are the sweetest and honestly I have a blast when I am there. They always take the time to explain the process and the products in detail. They are honest and not pushy.Every staff member is a professional. If you follow them on Instagram you will see they are constantly taking different courses and seminars to better improve themselves and their services.I promise you will not get this experience anywhere else!

This was a truly lovely experience. I had my initial appointment with Jen, she made me feel so comfortable and took her time explaining the different options and outcomes based on what I was looking for. The procedure was quick and painless and gave me the look I had been hoping to achieve. Everyone was so welcoming, I would highly recommend Monaco and will definitely be returning!
