House of Knives - Head Office

I had a issue on Cyber Monday while trying to purchase a knife. I contacted House of Knives on twitter, was immediately given a customer service rep to email, and was on the phone with them a couple hours later to resolve my dilemma. And all this on one of the busiest retail shopping days of the year! As an added bonus my knife showed up less than 48 hours later! I highly recommend House of Knives for their products and great customer service!

Why have you changed your knife sharpening policy ? Charging me for a belt driven sharpening instead of stone sharpening does not produce the same edge it is not professional and seems as if your taking advantange of people who dont know the difference. Is this the new practice from house of knives? One of loved about House of Knives was getting honest profesional service how can i trust this company now knowing that you are so willing to mislead the public ?

Super helpful customer service, thanks for all the help from customer service agent Liz. They did price match plus wide selections of products that made House of Knives be my first place to shop at. I placed an online order in the early morning of Jan 12 and how I could believe that it just arrived after 20hrs. Highly recommend.

had a problem with an employee at the Metrotown location threatening me and calling me a Liar all because i was trying to exchange a product. the employee is the real liar in this case because he changed his story on what actually happened and seems like head office is going to take his word instead of mine. i guess the customers word means nothing at house of knives. im taking my business elsewhere from now on

For the past years, as we've been been growing our Wusthof collection, we've shopped regularly here (online a few times and in store when visiting family out West). Twice I've needed to access customer service before finalizing the order (price match & issues with account/points) and twice I've had incredible customer service from Lisa. Had great service as well at the Nanaimo store. I love the sale prices when available and I really appreciate the price matching (and the service that Lisa provided which was over and above what I expected). Thanks!

I have always enjoyed shopping in the Nanaimo store which has friendly and knowledgeable staff. When an online only flash sale came out on a knife I had always admired I had to take advantage. The order was placed late Sunday night, by early Monday it was on Fedex headed to me. Less than 24 hours later it was being delivered. Due to unforeseen circumstance no one was able to sign for it. A quick message to customer service and Lisa C had it redirected to the Nanaimo store and ready for me to pick up the next day. Lisa kept in contact to follow up and make sure everything went as planned and that I was looked after. All in all an excellent online experience and customer service. The knife is an amazing Shun dual core, pure art. 10/10 would recommend.

I found the screen for online ordering frustrating because it was unclear how to find required" boxes. Poor design."
