Friendly , clean, full of everything you need for a fantastic workout. Largest gym in leamington, with a women's room and saunas. Friendly staff who are helpful and knowledgable about everything in regards to nutrition, and proper workouts. From spinning to yoga classes - this gym is the place to be !!

A wonderful facility! I'm in the area only a few times a year but I always make it a point to get my workouts in at Impact Health and Fitness. The staff is super friendly and the facility is very clean. They have everything you could ask for and more in the way if fitness equipment. Modern machines to old school iron weights. Treadmills to CrossFit, this place has you covered.

Been here due to a cousin recommendation. This gym is huge and has a mixture of modern and traditional workout machines. They have a nice sauna in the Mens room and the staff are super helpful and kind. Even the people that workout here are all pretty nice and attractive. I wish I could bring this gym back home lol!

I joined Impact almost one year ago at the “old” location and have since moved along with Faith and the trainers to the new facility. From the beginning I have always felt so comfortable and the staff are so kind and encouraging. I love the group fitness classes. It’s like personal training but with a group of people. The classes are challenging and fun. I have become addicted to working out and i love it! The Impact Family is amazing!!! Faith has made so many Much needed improvements to the new facility. I would highly recommend Impact to anyone!

I've been at this gym for about 3.5 years and I love it. The staff is very welcoming, friendly members aswell!The gym consists of changing rooms, 2 very large workout rooms! And also a 3rd room for women only. This gym has something for everyone right in the center of leamington!Would recommend this gym to anyone.

Impact is a great space with a tonne of variety to meet your workout expectations. Whether you’re just beginning, into Power Lifting, HIIT/ CrossFit, or Sport-Specific training programs, you can achieve it all at Impact. Great staff who are super friendly as well. Highly recommend !

I just purchased a year membership to Impact and I couldn't happier. I've worked out at number of gyms in my life and this gym ranks right at the top. It is extremely clean and well maintained. The friendly staff is making sure all Covid 19 restrictions and regulations are met. I definitely would recommend this gym to everyone! You will not be disappointed.
