I came into the store with my sister looking for bridal shoes because Stuart Weitzman is the only store that does not hurt my flat feet, I often purchased from them before they closed in Sherway Gardens and Square One.There were 4 lady workers and they ignored me, and only helped & told the sale to the Chinese couple who entered after me.Lost a sale and customer. Will only be buying online now so I don't have to deal with judgemental workers. Don't judge people by the way they look.

Andrea and her staff i believe she said is Fan or San are amazing. Excellent service, I placed an order online. They were very efficient with my order and was able to assist with my sizes. I accidentally clicked the wrong size. I did not want to bother them however, they were so patient and assisted with my sizing. Honestly, just excellent.

I came here last Sunday and bought myself a pair of nice shoes. The staff there were really welcoming and enthusiastic. I tried a couple of shoes that day and there's one staff with black glasses, she was extremely patient with me for the whole time. I would love to visit there again. Comfortable shoes and decent staff.

I bought recently three shoes from this store remotely. The service is great! One pair of shoes is larger than I expected. I mailed it with a return label and I received the right size after three days! The stuff Jasmine is very nice and helpful

Best SW in store shopping experience by far. I love SW shoes because they offer size 4 but I always order them online since SW in store shopping experience always makes me uncomfortable. (I dunno know why maybe I don't look fancy enough) Until I got referred to this store and met those two nice sales, I ended up bought 5 shoes that perfectly fit my size that day! Best shoe shopping ever in my life! Thank you! I will come again!

I went to Toronto Premium Outlets over the Family day long weekend , I must say I was pleasantly surprised.The merchandise and the price points are very attractive to me.When I walked in to the store, sales associate where very busy but they still provided me with the great client service and helped me to find what I was looking for.I left with 3 pair of boots.

A nice girl named Vincy was very friendly and patient, my mom and myself tried more than 10 pairs of shoes in total, but she didn’t show any impatience at all!! She was very passionated about her job indeed! She also followed up with me a few days later, which I wouldn’t expect at all. Overall a A+++ experience, highly recommend her.

I recently visited this location Saturday, January 13, 2018 with the intention of purchasing a pair of thigh highs boots (Lowlands, or Tielands).My decision to do so quickly changed as the staff was very unwelcoming, and unhelpful. As I walked in, about 4 sales associates stood in the middle of the store chit chatting away. One of them paused the conversation for a second to say a brief hello and as I responded she rolled her eyes and got back to the conversation.I continued to take a look at a few pairs of boots and no one assisted me, asked me if I needed help, or even explained the promotion; they just continued their conversation as I looked around the store.I then noticed family (of a different race) come into the store and they were immediately greeted and one of the associates conversing went to help them.Now, I'm not the type to make a big deal about the customer service that I receive but I do believe that working in a high end boutique style store, the experience that you grant your customer is extremely important. What was off-putting was the fact that I actually went into the store to purchase and with that experience alone, I do not see myself purchasing a pair of Stuart Weitzman shoes despite how beautifully made they are.It was almost as if they didn't think I would buy so they did not bother to help me. Furthermore, coming from a retail management background, I know they do not get paid to stand around talking to one another, especially when customers are needing assistance.All in all, the experience was extremely disappointing to say the least.

i visited this location over the weekend, stuff was very pleasantno idea what the others ladies are talking about- i walk in with my children, was warmly greeted. they even offer water to us.
