Very few businesses ! Chris & Shane's are part of the very few businesses that look after their customers because it is the right thing to do! They actually care about the individual who trusts their vehicle with them. They understand the common person and their budgets. They also make sure that whatever you need to spend is actually required and help to know when something could be a lost cause.I fully trust their service!

Contacted them about my car blowing cold air and my coolant running really hot. Got an appointment quick and dropped it off to them for the day. They figured out what was wrong contacted me with what it was and price. Got it done and couldn’t have been happier with the customer service. I am a happy customer and would highly recommend to any of my friends of family.Thank you

I wanted to bring my car here due to the reviews. But I won't as I dont like going somewhere such as a mechanic shop blindly. I don't understand how a mechanic shop can't provide an Estimate for work that needs to be done so the consumer (me) can decide whether or not it is financially sound to go forward with them. The lady said you'd need to bring the car for them to look at it to give you a quote. Which would be fine, but obviously, there is a cost associated with it. Which I get, time is money. But the same concept applies to the consumer. For me to bring my car to you to tell me what I already know is wrong with it for $80 then to tell me a price for the work that I may or may not be comfortable with is not a good business decision model for money conscious people. Gave 2 stars cause the lady sounded nice and professional.

TLDR: excellent, knowledgeable mechanics at better than expected prices who seem to hold informing as a business practice over hard selling, which for me as a customer equals return business.Picked my car up this morning thanks to their accommodations as I ended up having to work late and couldn't yesterday. I have been looking for a mechanic for a while as my car has reached the end of warranty with the dealership and midtown handa had unfortunately done some pretty poor work on my car in the past. As many know, a good mechanic is something to hold onto once you find them, but can be a harrowing search to find in the first place.Been to a few shops over the last couple of months, but haven't found anything particularly good in the area as each has misdiagnosed the problems I tell them. Chris is who I primarily dealt with and he's the first mechanic to accurately diagnose a control arm issue (which I was surprised was missed by 3 other shops). Not only did he diagnose, he communicated it well to me as a non mechanic.I always believed in the you get what you pay for" but based on recommendations and now my experience

Thank you!.. keep it up guys.My first visit with Chris & Shane auto repair shop 2 days ago to change the timing belt of my vehicle was truly a great experience!
