Have never had such a great experience at a pharmacy before ! Tarek and his staff are very courteous and professional. Highly skilled and flexible, they were able to squeeze me I for a last minute vaccine no problem. Would definitely recommend this location and will definitely be back. Thanks guys !

This joint is a joke. Please be the judge: came in person a few days ago and was told that I can only call to book an appointment Tue-Thur. So I called next day but was told that it's too late - no time slots left for that day and they can't book for tomorrow. So I called today - was on hold for ~10 min and was told that today a dr (they have one physician?) is not accepting. I was told to call back. Is this Canada? Where are my taxes going? I am not able to find any (forget about the ones with high ratings) family doctor who's accepting new patiences; and can't even talk to the doctor at any walk-in clinics around.

Other virtual clinics have a much better system where you can book online and get a 20-min time window + the phone number to expect a call from gets emailed to you. Here at Kanata Mews Clinic, there is a 2-hour time window where you will need to anticipate a call from an unknown number. Appointments are booking about a week ahead as of writing this.

If you are an international student and you are under UHIP plan, NEVER go to this clinic unless you have no other choice. They will charge you 160 bucks and UHIP only covers 47. It is like being robbed.The doctor talked too much and not willing to listen to you

My advice is call before you come in because the doctors have family emergencies very frequently. Two out of three times I went there the doctor was out. The staff can also be quite rude, one of the people who work at reception raised her voice at me because I asked why their walk-in sign was on display out front if they aren't seeing walk-ins. She exclaimed it's on the website! Why didn't you check?!" As if it is completely normal for the doctors to have so many family emergencies. One doctor there is very sweet but to my knowledge she only works Saturdays. 10/10 would not reccomend

Went there for muscular pain after I could not access my family doctor for 6 weeks.The doctor there dismissed me without ANY care saying go to your family doctor"I'm sure he billed OHIP for my visit which lasted less than a minute and he did nothing!"

I went to the walking clinic here this evening, and the receptionist was very polite and respectful ,due to my son condition I was not able to wait in the office and she offered me to stay in the car and came outside to call me in. The doctor was great ,friendly and so knowledgeable, and I got my prescription at the pharmacy there very quickly . Highly recommended this clinic

Our first few days in Ottawa, and my son was out of his asthma meds and was quite sick. Ali the pharmacist was very kind and went above and beyond to track down his prescription. Thank you!!

Get there early, before the clinic opens if you don't want a long wait. Showed up about 10 minutes before the clinic officially opened and there were about 9 people already waiting in the pharmacy. Took a little over an hour to see the Doctor, which in my mind isn't unreasonable. Overall, I would say my experience was a positive one. The woman registering people at the front window was friendly and helpful. Dr. Ali was warm, friendly and attentive to my needs.

I've been trying to reach this office for the last week to renew my husband's daily prescription. I have been on hold for 15-30 min with no service and no option to leave a voicemail. I understand adjustments are being made during the pandemic but before you make excuses, I work in health care myself so I know this is absolutely not acceptable. My pharmacy has tried several times to reach the clinic via fax and telephone unsuccessfully. Extremely frustrated with the lack of patient services.
