IYT are proud to support local businesses and we have been working with Innov8 to organise a new printer for our office. Andre and Larry were especially helpful in finding the right printer for us, and they provided fantastic customer service.Joe, Russ and Danny were very knowledgeable, friendly and patient when it came to delivering and setting up our new office printer. They ensured the scanning and printing features were all set up correctly and tested on every computer.All staff at Innov8 have been very pleasant to work with, and we would highly recommend them!

This company is one of the best to deal with. The office staff are awesome and always accommodating and friendly. The delivery guys are always happy. The service guys are the best I have had to deal with. They always go above and beyond and are friendly while doing it. Nothing seems too much. I recently arranged for Innov8 to supply a printer/copier for an office I was running at a convention. All my dealings with them went smoothly. Andre listened to my needs and assured me of the availability of a unit that would meet them, Tamara's team implemented the arrangements and Danny and Eddy were there on time to deliver and coach me through the technicalities. Anytime we need service, a simple call to the office has Eddy at our doorstep super quickly - today he actually arrived in 15 minutes! That means so much to our business which relies on printing to service many of our clients. He also takes a little extra time afterwards to check the printer for anything else that might need attention, and never leaves till we're satisfied.

Innov8 resells products and contractually behaves as the first point of contact for support of those products that they'll sell you. But more often then not they direct us directly to their vendors or the product manufacturer for support!Exceptionally useless, I pay them for support but do all the work myself going directly to the product manufacturers for support. Innov8 are masters at passing the buck, but keeping your bucks.
