I am writing this review because it is a very cute shop and I drove an hour to get some nice things from here to find out the hours were wrong and the store was closed. Very inconvenient and Im quite disappointed.

Placed an order on Tuesday for same day delivery, florist called me to advise “sunflowers are seasonal and we have none, we can either substitute or order some”, I opted to keep the sunflowers so same day delivery not available, would take three days ( no problem, just not sure why that’s not on the website). Part of why I chose the particular arrangement for my Mom was because of the following description of the vase it came in, taken straight from the website: “Available exclusively from Teleflora’s Flowers-in-a-Gift collection, this multi-glazed ceramic cachepot is the perfect choice for any occasion! Filled with fresh cut flowers or a plant, it will be a treasured keepsake for years to come.” What was delivered was a plain opaque square glass vase ( that you can buy in any Dollar Store), wrapped in jute. Why wasn’t I told they didn’t have any of the proper vase in stock when I was told about the sunflowers? I would have either changed my selection or cancelled my order. I understand substitutions can be required...but they’re supposed to be for an item of equal or greater value, not significantly less...but hey, they got my $90 so they don’t care that this was supposed to be a keepsake for my Mom after spending a week at my Gram’s bedside watching her die... truly disgusting!
