Masharo Campbell unpluged our floor drain and did a fantastic job. He listened to our concerns and asked questions refering to the issue. He explained to us what he was going to do, and checked in with us upon compeltion to ensure we were happy with the final result. He was very friendly and personable. Great service! I called a few places and nobody was available. I called Mr rooter and they sent somebody within the hour and they said they would come and check it and give me an estimate without any cost. Once I agree to the estimate they will get the work done and I will only pay after. The technician Mashar was awesome! He came and diagnosed the problem right away. Within an hour I had my sump pump all fixed up! Thank you Mashar for your great work and awesome service!!

Note that Mr. Rooter & Hy-Pro Plumbing are not operated by the same business. I contacted HyPro, but a Mr. Rooter vehicle was dispatched. I was impressed that their service department provided a four-hour arrival window and called 30 minutes in advance.The service technician Dennis, arrived wearing a soiled shirt, possibly to appear as a tradesman. As it turns out, Dennis is a service technician and not a plumber. When I explained that I was only interested in a quote, he appeared anxious. He even gave me the option to terminate the meeting. I requested a quote to clear a partial blockage of my plumbing and a small hose faucet relocation.In my basement Dennis inquired about servicing my water softener. As soon as I told him not to ignore the softener, it became clear that Dennis was trying to sell me every service they offer. Dennis informed me, in response to my inquiry about their sales training, that their new platform requires him to view daily seminars on selling and service, NOT plumbing.Dennis entered information into the quotation system on his iPad for some time before generating four quotes. I entered my email address for the quote, and he was off to his next call...or so I thought.Three minutes later, Dennis returned to my door and informed me that his supervisor was unhappy that he had not taken photographs of my residence. Why are images required? There is no requirement for empty sink photographs.I shook hands with Dennis and told him if they are required, I no longer need his services, before sending him on his way.I did receive an email with the quotes as requested but I was not satisfied with the pricing. They offered four options, a Premium, Gold, Silver and Economy option. There is no breakdown of price on the quotes and they include adders like Truck/Environment Charge". The speed of the response was noteworthy... two hours from reaching out to a technician at the door. He was polite, professional and efficient. Most definitely would recommend Mr. Rooter!

I had a small leak from a bathroom toilet in an upper floor. Brandon PYE was quick to respond within a couple hours of my call to Mr. Rooter. The leak was identified quickly and Brandon provided a solution completing the work timely. Brandon was professional, friendly and takes pride in his work. 10/10 would recommend.

Justin and Michael were absolutely fabulous to work with for mom's sewer back-up problem. I would highly recommend using Mr. Rooter! Excellent work ethics and clean up. Detailed description given of all work that needed and still needs to be done. They went above and beyond for us! Many, many thanks!

I called for a deep clog in toilet and shower drain. I was given an appointment within hours of my call. The service Rep, MASHARO CAMPBELL, was professional and very pleasant. He assessed the issue quickly and gave me a quote immediately. The service was then completed efficiently and effectively. Thank you.

Had a clogged line to the sewer. Couldn’t even flush a toilet. Gordon was there within an hour of my phone call. He got the house draining like a champ in no time. His cleanup was superb, you couldn’t even tell work was done. Definitely will call again when my next issue arises
