I was deeply disappointed with the lack of crucial information provided by the customer service team when I reached out for assistance. On a previous occasion, they informed me that my dog could not undergo a full grooming session without having completed the full vaccination regimen. However, they proceeded to perform a puppy trim, even though my dog had not yet received all the necessary vaccinations. On a subsequent encounter, the customer service representative introduced a new requirement, stating that my dog would need more than just 2-3 puppy trims before being eligible for a full grooming session. My main concern is the absence of comprehensive disclosure regarding these requirements, leaving the impression that the company aims to exploit customers rather than provide transparent and reliable information upfront.

Very poor customer service at a grooming salon. We booked an appointment, took dog in with the passport, that indicates when her rabies shot was done. It doesn't show the date till when its good till, but the vet told us 3 years.. so we assumed it's standard.. long story short, they refused taking her in ( concidering we've been going to this same place for almost 3 years, and my husband offered to bring extra papers within 10 min), I get, everyone has policies in place. But the way it was handled and the attitude. Would never take my dog in to this salon again.

Unprofessional, rude & pathetic staff. went to get a beta fish, forced to get a big tank by employees even they are keeping it in a small glass. Worst experience ever having fishes personally for more than 3 years. A big big disappointment ! Don’t go specially to get something special for your kids .. they just make them sad !

I will never be taking my dog here. I booked for a puppy bath and full haircut on the phone with no issues at all. It is now hot outside and my dog is in desperate need of a haircut. When booking over the phone, there was no communication about me having to do a puppy cleanup/ trim (whatever they want to call it). Not only that but my original appointment was cancelled that same day because the groomer called in sick. After rebooking over the phone again with no issue, I proceeded to drive to the store location (brampton corners) not only for them to refuse the service I booked but the lady had the worst attitude i’ve ever experienced in a store setting. Not only is this extremely inconvenient but now my dog has to wait another week with this hot weather because they can’t even do bookings and enforce store policies correctly. Honestly it really seems like behaviour like this from staff is accepted by them because even when I called to make a complaint to the manager, they didn’t seem too bothered nor was I even offered anything for the inconvenience. Not another dollar of my money will be spent at another Pet Smart location ever. I would not recommend anyone to take their dogs here ESPECIALLY if your dog is still a puppy. Very disorganized & disrespectful.

They did a pretty awful job grooming our dog. When we contacted them to explain the issues they had 0 interest in resolving the issue, saying that our only option would be to pay for another grooming session in full. Ridiculous. Not likely to be goin back here for grooming needs.

Got my betta from this location. The guy who helped us was really nice helped us pick the betta. Told us about how to care for them and how to choose the right fish. He also helped us find the food and water conditioner for better health of the fish. Really loved the lady on billing counter as well

Anytime I visit this store and ask for help/advice they are clueless except the aquatic dept. When you hire people for petsmart atleast give them basic knowledge of pets.Today when I was at the checkout with just one person behind me, this lady could not hold on for 1 min and was rude. She did not even put my items in the bag but was looking at my face to do that when I was already hands full. Please teach your employees some courtsey and patience. You have definitely lost your customer today and would not recommend to anyone further.

We had a bad experience when we booked a grooming service for our golden retriever on Sunday at 9 am. However, we came back home with our dog without getting any service done, it was just a waste of time. We went there and the actual access to the store was closed we needed to wait outside until someone came out and opened the door. When we got inside it was already almost 9:20. The groomer was checking the doc which proves the vaccination and also the dog's information. Then, she checked the dog's fur and noticed there was a knot between his legs, so she said she couldn't do the service because only one groomer was “trained” to do that service...I could do that service, I actually did it at home with a scissor, and it took less than 5 minutes.

Maria provided excellent dog grooming services for my toy poodle! When I received my furbaby he felt, smelled and looked amazing! I was really satisfied with her services! Will return again. :)

I do not recommend having your dog groomed by Tammy. She unfortunately does not have the patience or expertise to do grooming and will instead place the blame on your dog when she can’t get something done. My dog has never had any complaints for the past 4 years he’s been getting groomed at this PetSmart, Tammy was the only one. Thank you Sheldon for ultimately helping us.
