We had ordered from this company for my sons birthday this past Sunday. The day before when they called for payment I had clearly asked “The weather says it’s going to rain tomorrow, what happens in case of rain”. Not once did they mention I could cancel due to weather. Instead I was told to just turn the machine off and wait for the rain to pass. Well, the rain the never passed. A few hours after drop off a gentleman called and asked if we would like to keep it for another day because they felt bad about the rain. However, I do not live at this property and it did not make sense to keep it for the extra day. When I called to ask about an alternative date because we were given an option to keep it I was told that I had never asked about the rain which is clearly a lie. Had I known I was able to cancel because of the rain I would have done so. The bouncy castle sat there for several hours and we were completely rained out. This was my first time ordering one and maybe I should have known better. But when I clearly asked about the rain and was told no other options to only be told I could have cancel is ridiculous. Never again will I be ordering a bouncy castle.

Had such a great experience renting the smiley face bouncy castle from them. They were so accommodating for pick up and drop off. Reasonable price as well. We’ll definitely be renting from them again!

We rented a Disney Princess castle for my daughter’s birthday party and couldn’t have been more pleased. The castle was perfect for the party. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Set-up and takedown was surprisingly easy. All in all, we were very impressed with this company and will rent from them in the future.2023 Update - We rented a bouncy castle from Bounce 123 again this year and the 5 star rating remains. The staff are friendly and helpful, the castle is surprisingly easy to set up and pack up and all the kids came away extremely happy. We'll definitely rent from them again.

First off, the service was amazing from start to finish. We rented the pirate ship which came with everything we needed and it is just as described on the site/pictures. Second, my kids and his friends (4-5 year olds) had a blast jumping on the pirate ship which was fairly spacious. It was daily easy to set up, but you do need a large suv or truck to haul it around which is a given for something like that.I will def be coming back for all of my future party rentals.

First time ever renting a bouncy castle and I cannot be happier! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Anna was amazing. We had very if-y weather and she was able to wait it out until just a few hours before the party. The gentleman that delivered and set up the castle was the most wonderful person. And all that at an amazing price. The bouncy castle was clean and I’m excellent condition! Definitely renting from here again. Thank you for making it super easy!

Animal Kingdom inflatable was clean, in excellent condition, easy to setup, tare down, and pack up. They have great videos to show you how. Super nice people.I will rent from Bounce 123 again.

Very easy to deal with. Pick up and drop off were a breeze. Have already booked another rental for our next kids party.

Great experience. Rented from them for a birthday party just recently and all aspects were exceptional. Service was great ahead of time, drop off and set up was excellent. Castle was high quality, clear and exactly as described. Would use them again for sure.

We rented the Pirate with the slide! From start tin finish this company was great. Easy to deal with on the phone very very friendly. Also the set up and take down was smooth and quick amazing company to deal with! We will be using them again!
