They are not a very friendly place. They don’t care, they care about money.Go with a smaller outfit and you’ll get better friendlier happier people.This place here is all about the money.they really don’t care about you.Do not give your hard earned money to people like this.

I was involved in a pile up accident on the 15 and the police didn't let me drive away with my car because a tanker truck was involved. Next day I called the police to ask where my car is. they said that this towing company has it. I went to pick it up. They said that I can't talk out anything only if I pay $950!I asked them why. They said because they had to work on the scene for 3 hours. And some other lies. Even the car was still drivable. They didn't let me touch anything from the car. They are keeping your car hostage and ask for a ridiculous price. Even though you didn't call them. Stay away.

NEVER EVER let these thieves take your vehicule. I had an accident and was took to the hospital the next day I was told they towed my motorcycle. I went to get it and they charged me 760$ I had no choice but to pay. Its a shame the government let these people continue their fraud company. Btw I paid 760 and brought my own truck they wouldn't even help me get it on the truck, had to bring 4 of my friends to lift the bike up and put it in the truck.

Towed my car and they damaged my vehicule.... They fixed it but terrible service. You wait 5-10min while they all talk to eachother before someone answers you at the front desk

No one wants to need a tow or assistance on the highway but when it happens this company is first rate. When we faced an unexpected RV breakdown on a major *4141 highway we were thankful for this company’s towing experts. They give fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and exceptional assistance. From dispatch to office, to tow operators and mechanics, they are all 5* people. MTO were quick assistance to help traffic flow and safety for everyone too. In dangerous situations this company is helping travellers every day. Supervisor, Jim, could not have done more to keep in communication with us and get us back safely on the road. The obstruction to highway traffic is minimized by this company and the safety to everyone is apparent. With reasonable compensation for their expert services, we thank the skilled, kind, and positive people at this company for getting us safely back on the road.

Your opinion of them will all depend on why they were called. Did your car break down or is your car being seized for an illegal operation?Either way, you probably messed up and have no one to blame but yourself. Deal with it.

Highway robbery!! Car towed around 6pm Saturday night called Sunday was told the price was 638$ which I freaked out!!! went Monday morning 8:45 cause they were closed on Sunday, they made me wait while the staff was talking amongst themselves... when they finally served me and told me what I owed them, the price had increased by over 100$. How is that possible I told them, yesterday it was 638$. After waiting a 1/2 hour and my towing guy outside waiting to pick up my car, they left it at 638$. All they did was tow my car and it was nearby.. how are they allowed to over charge like that I have no idea!!

Terrible service. Lazy operators who don't care to take precautions to safely load your vehicle, often smashing and scraping bumpers and exhausts. Never tied down with more than two straps. Very aggressive when they spot a stopped vehicle, even off highway they will try anything to get you on their truck. God help you if your car ends up in their impound lot. Just call CAA or any other small towing company...If you are stuck on the highway in zone, flag down a motorist. Locals are aware, and some will gladly help push your car off the highway to avoid you having to pay hundreds of dollars to have your vehicle wrecked. I speak from experience.

Even though tow truck operator was professional, I share my opinion with others who left a comment ,that they are far too expensive compared to other towing companies. I was charged $ 160 + tx for a simple tow -out !
