Greenview windows have been a great window for years. Past couple years have been tough but the window still remains a quality vinyl window.

Pourquoi ne pas mettre 1/10ième d'étoile... C'est ce que cette cie mérite. Mon fournisseur et installateur me mentionne qu'il n'a pas de retour d'eux suite à une réclamation pour une garantie (Pas ma première réclamation; ça en dit gros sur la qualité de leurs produits!!!), j'ai écrit à trois reprises et laissez des messages presqu'à chaque numéro de téléphone et jamais de retour. Je crois sincèrement que cette compagnie est en train de fermer. Faites attention.

I purchased two KP Windows through Home Hardware. Subsequently one of these windows was shattered by a stray bullet. KP replaced the glass unit under warranty, speedily and no questions asked. On request, they also provided DIY replacement instructions. I have found the service from KP Windows to be impeccable.

Trash company, didn't even get back to me. 100% would NOT recommend.

Absolutely horrible, the quality, the level of communication, the lack of respect, I have no idea how they are even in business.

Windows not done properly lots of mistakes and appearance is not good. Windows installed 6 months ago and I’m still waiting for them to come back to finish the job. Workers not respectful, blasted music all day and my baby was unable to nap, they didn’t wear masks.

Arrogant companyin complete disarray! Good people poorly lead!

Terrible company to deal with. They refused to cancel my order even though I requested the cancellation before they had even made the window.

Stay away from this company and Farley Windows. Went with them because Home Depot recommended their after sales service. I ordered 4 custom windows 3 years ago. They were delivered with missing parts, glue on the glass, weatherstripping hanging out of them. One was missing parts in the window track making the window unusable. We spoke with numerous home depot salespersons (4 in total) each time we went in they couldnt find the service order and we would have to retell the issues, send new pictures and video. This got us nowhere so decided to dealDirectly with KP windows. Well two different agents have handled our case. We arestill sitting with an installedCustom window that is now 3 years old and still unusable. We have heard many empty promises. Please do not buy any windows from KP Windows. You will be sorry.
