Terratek Energy West Coast

I bought a wood stove (used) that this company had sold, serviced and removed for the customer. Customer I purchased from said they had told him they would instal it for me and I could get it installed and insured. When I looked at the stove, the UL label (required for insurance) had been removed by them when they removed the stove.I called them and asked them to install it and another stove for me and if I could get the UL number or serial number, or anything so I could get it insured. They would not give me the UL number, serial number or anything else in order for me to get insured, thus, my purchase from their customer was a waste of money.Always told the boss would call me back... never happened. I would never do business with what I consider a dishonest Co with poor business practice

We had a beautiful gas fireplace installed, basically into an area that was a blank slate; no existing fireplace - gas or woodburning was there.It was a challenge for me to envision this transformation but Kevin took the time to explain the types of fireplaces, what it would look like, the measurements, dimensions etc. Kevin's crew, Brad and Cole came out, secured the gas line, prepped the site, installed the fireplace - all with minimal dust, taking care to clean up the site and in a fast, efficient timeline!Their knowledge, professionalism and expertise was undeniable. I recently called Terratek as my gas fireplace would not turn off. I had to leave it on overnight and contacted Terratek in the morning. They weren’t the ones who installed my fireplace but I wanted a second opinion after speaking to the business who did. Kevin came that afternoon and was able to make the repair. It’s been 4 days since the repair and my fireplace is actually working better than it did before the issue. Thank you!

Repair guy was super rude to my wife on a repair caĺl. There's still and issue unresolved and rather then have to deal with them again i would sooner have a non working unit. Loom for an alternate supplier !

Professional and well priced! Had two fireplaces installed June of 2020 and recently a service call to install thermostat for one of the fireplaces. If you want something done on time, on budget with amazing follow up service/coverage, this is the place to go. I have dealt with several businesses in my year of living in Campbell River and Terratek is top for customer satisfaction. Any problems are quickly resolved. I would recommend this place 100%. Kevin and the team just did an install for us. We replaced a very old wood stove with a modern free standing gas stove. The team from removing to the install and clean up where brilliant. Brad is very particular in his trade and it shows. Kevin came back the following day and painted the outside pipe to protect and it blends in with the house paint. I would recommend Terratek to anyone who is switching to gas or simply upgrading. Thank you Dave n Allison
