Shina was very rude to me while I was making my purchase. Did not want to help me at all and made me feel unwelcome as a customer. At the end I asked for a grout sample tray and refused rudely as well providing no good explanation. Will not be returning.

Terrible service. I spend thousands of dollars here every year and today I came in to find an unusual product but they are distributor for. Three 3 undertrained and seemingly uninterested employees. I left.
