Discovery health is a beautiful space for healing and relaxation. I have been having massages with stephanie for at least a year now, she is gentle and knows how to work on your problem areas without causing too much discomfort and yet still very effective. The hot and cold stones are definitely a plus and super relaxing!Stephanie really cares for the well being of her patients and you feel that as soon as you enter discovery health!! I highly recommend her space and work!

I always have a wonderful experience when I go to Discovery Health. The space is decorated in such a way that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. Stephanie is an amazing RMT, at the beginning of every session she takes the time to check in and listen to your needs and wants for the appointment.
