They don't follow the customer request.Walked in and ordered 6 pink and 4 white roses with greenery. Instead, got peach, 3 small pink, and some white. When confronted, I was told they tried to be generous for us. Be generous after you've fulfilled the request you were paid for.Don't recommend this spot.

I had a great experience. I had ordered a bouquet of rose and dipped strawberry chocolate for valentine. The bouquet was really beautiful. The strawberry choclate was very delicious.The bouquet had arrived on time as they had mention to me. I really appreciate the service was provided to me. I look foward to order more bouquet from lush on special occasion.

The team at Lush Floral boutique have proven their dedication towards customers. Last weekend I needed a bouquet delivered to a funeral home urgently in the morning. Their team not only helped with choosing the perfect bouquet but followed through and ensured that the flowers were delivered on time, first thing in the morning. The staff was friendly and very professional.

Over the past 2 months I’ve ordered over 3 dozen floral arrangements and was not once disappointed. Melissa and her team levelled up their game with each order. The quality was fantastic, the flowers lasted on average 5 days.
