Chicken pieces were tiny and over cooked. Wait time was too long. Only 1 person out of 3 acknowledged that I was there.

I was there yesterday and first thing I noticed that the floor was really slippery, like not scrubbed in some time. I pointed this out to the guy who seemed to be in charge and he made no comment, even after I said what if someone falls and gets hurt?"Seemed like grease from the fryer had settled all over the floor."

The quality of the restaurant has gone up significantly vs where it was a few years ago. The food was ready to go quick enough. The young girl that served me at the window was a little dry, but the food was really good. Will recommend for sure for good fried chicken in Grand Falls.

Cashier ad zero friendly…We order a 50CAD order… only the fries were fresh. Everything else was cooked and reheated… not what we wanted… I want my money back but we got burgers (no cheese, tomato, bacon,) just chicken and mayo…as “exchanged” but didn’t get out money back…. We wanted our money back… no wonder why it was empty… (the guys were super nice but doesn’t help) I would love if the owner can contact us for a refund… no burger is worth 42.52. I will be calling the bank anywayst

Probably the worst KFC I have had...dry chicken and cold fries..threw most of it out...KFC should be ashamed of what they have become.....profit seems to be the driving force..not quality anymore...

I was in town for work, stopped at kfc because I had a coupon. Bought two chicken sliders a small fries and water bottle. They overcharged me for the water, I was the only customer in the whole store for lunch, it took about 15 minutes to explain and prove to them they overcharged me for the water which was very frustrating. They gave me back $1.50 from the till. The chicken tenders used in the sliders were luke warm, almost cold and not hot, fresh, or crispy, which indicated to me they were old and had not been stored at an appropriate temperature for food safety. Lo and behold my intuition was right, almost immediately after consuming I was facing sever stomach cramps from mild food poisoning. The fries were not fresh either and were cold and hard. They gave me some ranch sauce to make up for the trouble they gave me over the water where they lied about overcharging me. She took the cool ranch sauce from under the counter, so it was not being refrigerated which I'm assuming it should be. The men's washroom was dimly lit and atrocious and the whole restaurant stunk like a dirty latrine. There were two girls working at cash and one boy who was in charge of the fryer. Worst service imaginable for a staff of three and only one customer. It was nasty. I haven't had time to look up the health and safety inspection, but I'm assuming they're not doing well. I'd recommend they just shut the restaurant until the owner can find competent staff to run it unfortunately. What a terrible customer experience!

Went through drive, placed my order, got to the window to pay. While I paid, another vehicle pulled up to the drive through speaker. I was asked to park and wait they would bring my order out to me. I noticed the other vehicle come and park along side me as well. Whilst we both waited, a third vehicle came through drive through and they were also asked to pull up and wait. By this point, I've been waiting almost 10 mins. I was made to wait another 10 mins or so until all 3 orders were ready before my order was brought out to me. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service!!! Now I have luke warm food...
