My husband and I visited your dealership Monday June 19th around 7pm where we were looked after by your sales consultant Zain. Zain let us know that we were unable to test drive cars after 7pm and suggested we book an appointment. We booked an appointment for Wednesday at 6:30. Today (Wednesday) we arrived at the dealership promptly at 6:30 and were suprised to hear from Zain that he didn't know we even had an appointment. Zain let us know that he had to leave the office but had let Ian know that we were there for our appointment. After waiting around for 25 minutes, we were finally approached and told that all sales consultants were busy with other customers. I find it highly unprofessional that our appointment was not honoured and would consider my experience with Mitsubishi unsatisfactory. I have now visited your dealership twice and have been unsuccessful in test driving your cars. In the future, I recommend that your staff improves their communication with their clients to better facilitate the purchasing of your cars.

The manager Rick is a dishonest liar and an insidious person.I recently purchased a used Toyota with a CLEAN carfax from Erin Mills Mitsubishi. I took my car for local service and found out from the agent, that this car was involved in a collision and has been repaired. Upon confronting the manager Rick, he completely denies any of it, and blamed it on the auction company he apparently purchased it from.In all of his working career, he cannot make out how a car is involved in fake papers and accident?!!!!? Complete farce and liar. Unfair practice, involving deceptive lies and dishonesty on the part of the manager Rick

Visited this dealership randomly on a Saturday without an appointment. The salesperson, Tori greeted and provided all the information regarding PHEV without any sales push. Tori is also very knowledgeable about the technical aspects of Mitsubishi vehicles and compensation as well. Will definitely recommend her. Four stars only because the ambiance is not very welcoming.

What a bad experience we’ve with the GM Rick.He is so rude and he even don’t know how to talk with customer. He didn’t deserve that post.Friday 17th march2023 9:20 am we visited this dealership and it’s totally a wastage of time. We took a day off and travel 2 hours in the rain but Rick’s attitude, omg I can’t explain in words. Please don’t buy any car from this dealership. They add $599 documentation fee and 200-300$ other fees on the top of the price.
