I met Dr Arya at Oakville Hospital less than one hour before my scheduled colonoscopy. He immediately made me feel reassured with his personalized questions, clear information about the procedure and potential outcomes, and not forgetting his respectful humour. As a longtime patient Dr.Arya he is a great doctor. Tells it like it is and I needed that. I feel at ease being his patient. His whole practice is great and always willing to answer any questions you might have. Oakville is lucky to have him.

He maybe a good doctor but he don't know how to communicate with patients or their family. My mom had an endoscopy with him. He did not take his time to answer my questions. He was in rush. After the endoscopy he was already in his winter coat and ready to leave.

The worst front desk receptionist. I tried to inquire about their cancelation protocol and she was rude and hang up the phone on me saying she has no time for this !!!!I am not sure how is this Dr. Is okay with their staff speaking so poorly to the patient.Please differ from using this place nor their service.
