This was the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever encountered. If you're pulling off the highway for a quick bite don't go here. The dining room was closed and it took a HALF HOUR to get through the drive through line with about 7 cars ahead of us.

1. The staff and the management act like they hate their life and don't want to be there. The slow & careless service from most of the staff was overwhelming... especially for a place that isn't even open for 8 hours a day... how do you act that exhausted for a 4 hour service shift?- the staff and management are pretty bottom of the barrel.2. The female manager was being rude to her staff members and one of the customers while I was in there. Very undertrained and inexperienced I'd assume.3. Due to the lack of experienced kitchen staff and managers. The service is very slow and unorganized, especially during supper". The food is Inconsistent ( too much sauce / not enough sauce on the same item)4. I was told a burger didn't come with ketchup when I asked for no ketchup and mayo. Of course it came with ketchup.5. The buns are easily the worst buns I've ever seen at any fast food franchise. They are served similar to soggy paper that just falls apart.6. I don't know who hired all these people but I've never seen an owner here to help out

Worst Wendy’s I have ever gone to. Staff is untrained and the service is intolerably slow. On one visit I waited almost 50 minutes for my food. That’s when they are even open. I’ve never heard of a fast food restaurant that is only open from 4-8 pm weekdays. Today I went on the weekend and guess what - closed again. This is a complete waste of real estate space. Wendy’s corporate should either step in and take over this franchise or close them down.

Ridiculous hours -closed more than open. Tried drive through a few times but something always missed or wrong with my orders. Tried to order baconater but they were out of cheese and bacon. Missed drinks in orders. Milk carton had turned bad. Service is poor. Sorry won’t be back. ! Returning to A&W

We visited a brand new Wendy's in Kemptville. It was NOT very conducive to eating in. It was very industrial and completely opposite of Dave Thomas' concept of a relaxing and comfortable dining room. The food, was mediocre at best. Typical of recent fast food.

Absolutely bazaar hours, son wanted a frosty and couldn't even get it since it was 3pm, then another day we tried and their frosty machine was broken.. the place just opened.

Fresh, hot, and tasty food. Friendly staff and quick service. Dined in for supper.Please note hours of service. Currently only open from 4 pm during weekdays. Brand new restaurant that is looking to hire more team members.

Went through the drive through last Friday. Ordered six chicken nuggets. Very hot juicy and fresh, but only five not six as per the order. Got a double JBC and the lettuce was the size of a loonie. I have attached a pic. If lettuce is an issue due to a shortage, it would. Be more advantageous to post that no lettuce will be provided than to put such a small piece on that it looks like a joke!

The burgers are decent and it's a nice change for Kemptville although often the bottom bun is piping hot so you can tell its sat in a heater for a while.Also it's been open too long to have such poor hours. I rolled through Kemptville at 8:30 on Saturday night and it was already closed. I hear it's a staff shortage but it sounds more like a which came first the chicken or the egg" problem."

If they were ever open for normal hours we might actually be able to eat the food. They can't blame staffing issues forever...I'm not saying I'm great but they turned my application down...
