Jurate was an absolute delight. Service was A++++. Extremely friendly. Gave wonderful meal recommendation, food came out nice and hot and quickly. She is so pleasant and it shows that she absolutely loves her job.Highly recommend visiting this location.

We ate at Swiss Chalet last night and were served by the waitress Melanie. She was working 8-10 tables alone because someone had called in sick. She did an amazing job and was hustling so much to keep her customers happy. We were very impressed with her work ethic and her positive attitude in a tough situation. Thank you Melanie!! Job well done.

Nice restaurant, friendly service and good food.We ordered stuffed garlic cheese loaf, chicken and ribfest combo, chicken wings and rotisserie chicken stir fry.All items were fresh and delicious. Stir fry had a tad bit more sauce to my liking.Ambiance was good. Our seating nice and bright with a view of passing trains!Would recommend if you are looking for comfort food cooked to perfection!

Jurate was an absolutely wonderful waitress. Would recommend you ask for her when you come in. She anticipated our every need and delivered before we even needed to ask. Was a very pleasant dining experience.

Servers was very speedy and maintained the entire section alone with no help. Only criticism is to slow down. Fast service is important but so is not letting the customers know you are overwhelmed

**Update** Today I was contacted by restaurant management and they apologized for our experience and made things right. We are going to take them up on the offer. Everyone deserves a second chance. Stay tuned.Simply for the quick response and offer to make it right I have upgraded this review to 3 stars for now. Thanks.Original post ~ Stay away from this location! If I could give it a zero I would.It used to be great with excellent staff. Tonight though our waitress took 3 hrs to get us out. Now I know what you are going to say, “it’s the kitchen, not the waitress” but we had to wait literally an hour for our bill after we asked for it. If you get seated and get Sabine S as a waitress, just get up and leave. Do yourself the favour.
