Staff didn’t acknowledge that we were there and instead of making the drinks they stood around talking with each other. Not impressed with the staff at this location.

We stopped along the way to our five hour journey to the ferry! The atmosphere was friendly , although the temperature was a little cool. I mobile ordered our drinks and Kristen was incredibly friendly on bar making connections with everyone. Store is clean with beautiful art work as well.

I really don't like to support large chains, but in Salmon Arm we don't have many choices. And the managers here and most of the staff are the most genuine and friendliest of all coffee shops here in Salmon Arm. I'm torn about it, but I prefer to go where the people are kind and welcoming.

Went thru the drive-thru. Was a little slow, which is completely fine they were a little busy. Unfortunately no option to tip on the keypad! Not sure if it was a one off thing or a system glitch of some kind or if they dont accept tips. If they don't accept tips please add it.

It’s Starbucks, you know what you are getting. But now they are asking for tips, in the drive thru and I hate to say it but given the margins on Starbucks food and drink, that’s absolutely ridiculous. It’d be ridiculous no matter what, but this is a Starbucks so it’s doubly ridiculous. Tipping has truly jumped the shark recently and there is no way I’ll be back here. Congratulations, trying to nickel and dime your customers has now cost you one long term. Tipping. For flavoured sugar water. Lol.

Very good this time I got a frappe and iced in under the third the time they couldn't get me a black cup of plain coffee in so I had to cancel 25 minute after my order was sent to them or 16min after it should have been done and the credit was never returned to my card. If you like slow service without having their most popular brewed coffee on hand Starbucks is the place for you

Liam was our cashier and he was really nice, everyone in there had a great attitude and the atmosphere was nice and cheery.The only downside was that the two chai lattes we ordered were not very strong, almost to the point of not being able to even taste the chai.Literally the only downside to this location, it’s a great stop otherwise.

This is a busy Starbucks! Expect some wait times. The location is very nice and new. Good atmosphere. Lovely to sit on the outdoor patio. The staff were friendly and on point for the Starbucks brand. The location is extremely busy with drive thru, mobile orders, and in person orders. If you go, expect a wait. Recommend doing a mobile order ahead of time as you will get served faster. Good experience otherwise.
