Excellent service, busy location, lots of regulars. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was nice to see them take their time with the lady ahead of me, who wasn't sure what to get. They offered suggestions and didn't just rush people through.

We’ve ordered from there like 5 times and they always mess up the order. Doesn’t matter if we order from skip, door dash or Uber. Today we ordered two combos and two blizzards. We received the pop and blizzards but no burger/fries. Annoying man. You think that it’s a one time mistake, that’s why we’ve ordered like 5 times, but we’re never ever ever ordering from there again. Waist of time and money.

Pretty decent meal for $8. Got coupons for cheeseburger combo ($6) and another for onion rings ($2). After, got $2 coupon for dipped cone.Cashier pretty nice guy. Plenty of free neighborhood Street parking a couple blocks away from Fraser Street.Not too crowded here with plenty of seats for dining area.Free residential parking can be found a block away from Fraser St.

Not a person who would write reviews but this i had too.. we were here yesterday evening .The cashier seemed like not interested in taking the orders .i wished i have asked her name ! Very cold behaviour in presence of 7 year old kid. Will never take my kid there .She spoiled our mood.i asked for a cheeseburger and she did not bill it finally threw the bill on my table and left and at least did not bother to offer to bill it again and surprising thing is there is no one waiting in the queue . interested in waiting in the kitchen rather then taking order.

Excellent stopped after shift today triple burger fries and drink burger just like home made will be back. Good price. Was wondering why 7 napkins, found out very good.

Avoid at all cost! Almost choked on a piece of PLASTIC in the burger patty. I am shocked that DQ is delivering such bad food quality and safety! Disgusting!

The lady at the front named Amar was so rude towards my friend and I. She snatched the money from my friend and when I asked if I can get something, she yelled no, no, no quite loudly. I understand that you can’t make accommodations but her attitude and behaviour was very rude. Not even saying hi or how much the total is and going straight to this behaviour is not tolerable. She was fine to other people that came and were white. We felt very uncomfortable in that atmosphere and just doesn’t give a welcoming attitude. I think it’s common courtesy and sense to at least greet your customer and not give a condescending glare and not yelling at them for no reason.

Bought a ice cream cake and they told me they couldn't write on it. Extremely disappointed.Also the condition of this store is dirty and hot.
