I brought a party of 10 people and we couldn’t have a better experience. Food was wonderful and the staff and service was top notch. Highly recommend.Also for a higher end dinner the cost was very reasonable for the quality of food you received. We will be back again very soonBob

I had a technical issue with my reservation for Valentine's day with another restaurant and had found myself scrambling to find a table for my partner and I the night before V-day. I couldn't find anything, anywhere -- every place was fully booked! So I sent an email to Cabotto's and requested that if they have any cancellations to please book me in. Luckily they got back to me immediately and I got a reservation.I had heard only good things prior to dining at Cabotto's and wow was it true! We had an amazing four-course dinner with great service and a very romantic atmosphere.It was a special Valentine's day menu which included various options, of which we tried:Butternut Squash Cream Soup - 11/10 (probably the best soup I've ever had)Escargot - 9.5/10Scallop-stuffed salmon + roasted potatoes & veggies - 10/10Seafood fettuccini - 9.5/10Crème Brûlée - 10/10They also served us balsamic glazed focacia bread with olives to start the night — 9/10.We had a glass of Pinot that complimented the food perfectly and were also served tea with our dessert.All that being said, I definitely recommend Cabotto’s and even if Kanata is too far for you, trust me that it’s worth the drive! 5 Stars.

The service was excellent, and the ambiance of the old home is beautiful. The food was okay for the most part. Very disappointed in the Bellini and in the Caesar salad. The pasta was what I would have expected at any renowned Italian restaurant - not better - not worse. The only reason I gave the atmosphere 2 stars is that the tables are very close and it is extremely loud when the restaurant/room is full. We were in a room with 5 tables fully booked. We were a table of 4 and it was impossible to have a conversation without blocking one ear and leaning over in the other’s face to try and hear what they were saying. I am not sure what the other tables thought - but it was EXTREMELY loud. For a high class restaurant I was expect a more subdued clientele.

This is definitely a class restaurant with the food quality to match. The main meals for the 4 of us was impeccable, tasty, well presented and ohhhh so good. All were good portions allbeit pricey. But I suppose if you are looking for a meal that will stand out and be memorable, then it will cast more.I had the steak stuffed with cheese and procuto, I could not finish it, I had to share, it was great.The service was friendly and never lacking.I only have a small complaint, the Italian chocolate cake(I don't remember the name) was not outstanding, it could have been better.

Had an amazing Birthday dinner at Cabotto’s. The food was very tasty and plentiful. The service was excellent and our waiter was very attentive and friendly. The farm house atmosphere makes you feel right “at home”. We will definitely be back.

This restaurant is an old house converted into a classic/antique decor, very low lighting perfect for a cozy/intimate date night. Service was good .Unfortunately, what I expected of the food was not to par at all. Mind you, this could be due to my selection, BUT I went for something that would have been popular as it was the house special the BRACIOLE, it was served with vegetables and bake/roast potatoe. The vegetables and bread that came with the meal were decent, but the protien was not. It even looked not fully cooked on the inside.

Honestly love this restaurant!! The food is delicious and authentic and the service is phenomenal! Whether it’s for date night or to celebrate an event, Cabotto’s is the perfect spot for Italian food lovers!
