Farzaana was amazing, the deep tissue massage did hurt but was needed to loosen tight muscles, as they say - no pain no gain! I felt fantastic afterwards. Highly recommend if you have sore and tight muscles.

It was amazing going to FIT Clinic. The staff there is super knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to educate you and prepare you for your treatment sessions. They discuss the goals and what is achievable in each session.I saw Farzaana and she did such a great job. She was patient with me as I was stiff everywhere. She talked me through it all and I appreciated it immensely. Once I left I felt so relaxed!!! I can’t wait for my next session!!!!

Dr Rashaad is experienced and knowledgeable with passion to see his patient's get well....I have severe chronicle back pain which ive dealt with for 2 decades now and has seen countless chiropractors over that time perio. I would suggest to see him as he has done wonders for my mobility!!

I had knee surgery in October and should have gone for physio but put it off. Actually my surgeon said I didn’t need it. He was wrong. So I reached out to FIT Clinic in Grand Valley and they were so helpful and accommodating. I see Amit and he has been amazing and explained everything that was going on. Great place

My experience with Dr. Rashaad Nauth-Ali during my procedure for the first time was very relaxing considering that I was very nervous. He was very knowledgeable and calm when explaining the process step by step. He demonstrated how to work my muscles in simple steps. Thank you!
