Barb was fantastic. I had elm tree bug problem and she came and sprayed the next day. It definitely reduced the problem and I was given really helpful suggestions to keep the infestation away.

Barb did a very good job trapping and poisoning our rat infestation in our crawl space meticulously over the course of over a month. She tracked their movements and patched their entry points. She then removed all insulation, disinfected and cleaned the entire crawl space.I highly recommend her team and would gladly use them again in the future!

So responsive and prompt. We had an ant problem in the office and childcare space, and Austin was here with in 30 mins to assess and then at 430 they were back to spray the office. I have used Austin in the past for larger jobs and he is always reliable, friendly professional and gets the job done!! By far best pest control in the Okanagan!!

Our organization, Childhood Connections, had some springtime ant friends visiting, and Actual Peat Control let them know that it’s best if they stay outside! And the ants have not been coming back into our Family Centre since Actual Pest Control provided their wonderful service for us! Thank-you!!
