This place has a very cool vibe. Would say perfect place for hosting some special occasions with friends and family. I loved the music also the food is really good. Totally recommended.

4years ago was the first time I stopped at this place. I gave a 5star. And today after 4years, I'm keeping my 5star!! My fiancé and I ordered a couple Holly smoked bbq Burgers with sweet potato fries and truffle fries. Honestly, nothing to complain about. Portion of the food was just enough. And everything else was just right for the price. Kudos to the team at this location!

The service was excellent and prompt. The salad was fresh and delicious, and the staff's attitude was friendly and kind. Despite the restaurant being very busy and all the tables being occupied, our order was served promptly.

I had the jacked up nachos, truffle fries with aioli, bruschetta and the malted milk brownie. Really good food. Our server was Matt. What a sweetheart. He was excellent and always checking on us. We were looked after very well. Atmosphere is a little noisy when it started picking up for the dinner rush but Jack isn’t a place you go to for quiet ambience. Great place overall.

Review based on order of Chicken Parmegiana, Pad Thai noodles. Service/atmosphere is good but food wasn't fresh. Chicken was dry. For the price charged, they could ensure fresh food.

I love jack astor's and the food was great like always. I wish it wasnt so LOUD. Its a huge busy place and they put music to the max and it drives you insane. Otherwise i loved the food and the service was great

This place has ample seating options both inside and outside, providing a comfortable and spacious atmosphere. The food and drinks are exceptional, offering a diverse menu and a wide selection of beverages. However, the only downside is the slow service, which can be frustrating during peak hours. Despite this, the overall experience is still enjoyable, especially if you have the patience to wait for your order.

I just want to start by saying. Our server, Angie, was the best server I've ever had. She was so kind and helpful and was so friendly towards us. You can tell how amazing of a personality she has. The food was great, but the service was outstanding. I'd give the service category a 6 stars if I could just for her! I live in Vaughan, so there's a closer Jack Astor's to me, but with how outstanding the service was, I'll definitely be back to this location in the future instead!

Honestly tonight was me giving Jack Astors another chance after last time (North York branch) was a disaster.They did a good job: the waitress was really nice and the service was great. The food was good and proportions were big, which is always good. The burger patty itself was dry but the truffle mushrooms saved it. Since we came for Valentine’s Day they decorated in a cute way and even put a sparkler in our dessert. The only thing was that a bit disappointing was that the manager didn’t come over to meet us although I had a letter from the management team because of the last time (that went badly) stating that a manager should come over and introduce themselves. Anyway, I presented the letter to the waitress when we got in and although she brought it to her manager, no one came over…
