The dental hygienist Yade was excellent and friendly. She did a good job and kept on checking on me if everything was okay. she recommended me to follow up the dentist for my wisdom teeth and she explained me the procedure, now I'm not scared, good job. I recommend this dental office .

Dr. Mota is amazing! Calm, let you feel comfortable with the treatment, explains everything in detail, never in a rush!And the assistants and front desk are super friendly! I highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Been going to this location for the past 11 years and the quality of the dentistry and the customer service you receive is one of a kind and won't find anywhere else. They genuinely do care for their patients and always put them first. I don't know how they always seem to put me at ease and make me forget I'm actually at the dentist. Thank you for making me enjoy going to the dentist!

I have always had the most amazing experiences whenever I come to altima College west dental. Today was not different, Dr Darvishan was able to give me my smile back after 15 years. I could not express enough how exceptional they are here, from front desk to hygienists down to the Dr's. Thank you thank you thank you !

I would never bring your children here. It is a factory dental clinic. Although the office staff are kind, we had a serious billing mix up. They have a rotating door of hygienists and they never schedule you with a dentist unless you ask specifically. They only care about getting the money for cleaning your teeth. My son was 15 years old and I had to ask them several times about removing his baby teeth that had not fallen out. He started going there at age 3. I feel terribly that I didn't advocate better for my children's care, but I trusted them. When I was finally able to get him an appointment to remove the baby teeth the dentist only took one out and wrote he needed to see an oral surgeon. They never told me until I called months later to find out why he still had one of the baby teeth and what the plan for removing it was. They never do x rays even though the standard of care is one full set every year. I had full health coverage! It was negligent. They won't give you referrals to specialists. I could go on. My kids went there from the time they were 3 and there wasn't a single person there looking out for their interests. I trusted them to be the experts and to provide the necessary care. Do yourself a favour and find a dentist who runs their own office. When I finally left and went to a great office across the street, I found out I had a fractured tooth from grinding. I am going to need a crown and obviously a night guard would have been a great suggestion at some point during the 15 years I went there. My son still had baby teeth and a misaligned jaw which should have been corrected before it fused as a teen. Do yourself a favour and do some serious research before you trust your kids to a dental factory.

I had dental hygiene appointment today with my momAnd our appointment was beyond good. Yade the dentalHygienist is very skilled and professional . We are very happy with the dental cleaning she provided to us today . My brother got dental cleaning too with her and he recommended us to come . My dad is coming with to have dental cleaning very soon because the service she provide is very professional . The dental clinic here is taking serious measure with COVI precautions. Strongly recommend this dental office

Staff are so friendly and caring. They always remember me, treat me with respect, and make me feel comfortable. I trust this dentist office and their staff more than most places I've been seen. There's a real wholesome and lovely vibe here. Would reccomend (:
