Just did a visit after eight years since my last cleaning; I have extreme anxiety around having dental work done. Everyone there was so friendly, understanding, and accommodating every step of the way, and really put me at ease. I will be going there for all future dental work and highly recommend.

Going to the dentist for me as far as courage goes is right up there with jumping out of a perfectly good airplane..but thanks to my experiences with Dr Luba, Dr Visscher and their kind and compassionate staff I can now make a dentist appointment without breaking into a cold sweat, they have no idea how much that means to me.

This dental office charges more than the fee amount’s recommended by the Canadian Dental Association which mean if you’ve got a benefits plan you will have to pay the additional charges out of your own pocket. They also will not bill your benefits plan directly you’ve got to pay them and wait for a refund from you benefits carrier, mine is Blue Cross. I’ve never had these issues with any other dental office I’ve been to.As far as the actual dental work they’ve done for me I’ve been very happy with that. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Everyone was very courteous and respectful. As a new patient I was very happy with their wait list policy and procedures. I was in for an appointment within a couple weeks on a cancellation.
