Staff at the reception does not know their products really well... and i'm not sure if it's the salesmen at the phone who always make a mistake or the guys at the backstore but most of the times they always give my husband the wrong products that he ordered. Sort this out please because we're running a business too

À éviter. Très mauvais service client.Mauvaise information donnée au téléphone.Sur place, François au comptoir m'a offert la pire expérience client jamais vécue. Il ne collabore pas pour aider devant une problématique, ne démontre aucune empathie et fait preuve d'impolitesse en perdant patience envers les clients. L'entreprise devrait faire attention au choix des gens qui sont en contact avec le public.Aussi, l'entreprise ne répond pas si vous les contactez par courriel pour prendre de l'information. Ils ignorent les messages.Bref, Nedco doit revoir entièrement leur approche par rapport service à la clientèle. En attendant, allez ailleurs!

C une bonne expérience de travailler chez Nedco apprendre les stocks d électricité et des tiges aussi faire la pick du comptoir temps en temps, le monde sont sympas pas tout le monde vont aimer ça mais donner du temps tu vas aimer.

They got tons of parts at pretty competitive prices but the customer service is plain garbage. Unless I desperately need a part I'll most probably avoid this place at all cost.

Bought a 60 amp Spa gfci breaker on Friday 4pm. Tried to hook it up on the weekend only to find out it was missing the neutral. Brought it back Monday 7:45 am to find out this 60 amp does not come with a neutral. They would be happy to sell me a 50 amp but unfortunately the 60 amp was final sale (company policy) & would not do an exchange.
