Mica Sadler was absolutely amazing to work with when we sold our home. He was so knowledgeable about the house market in our community. He presented several selling strategies to us and customized the approach he used to sell our home. He helped guide us through the staging process and used several different media formats to showcase our home. We had numerous showing appointments of our house as soon as the house was posted for sale. We sold our house extremely quickly (within 24 hours of being on the market) above our asking price and with the conditions we wanted.
