Poor quality control and horrible customer service. My contractor purchased Be.On Stone siding products in a large quantity for my renovation project; it turned out about 40% of the delivered materials had noticable deficiencies (cracks, large surface air pockets ,discoloration etc.). Permacon staff Jonathan Brennan reviewed the delivered products at my house and confirmed that the materials were indeed defective. It took Permacon four (4) days to provide me with replacement materials, and this caused delay and some duplicate work for my contractor costing me additional fees. The worst part is the replacement batch they sent me had the same issues; there were some pieces that were split in half! Jonathan and Permacon customer care representative Chantelle Garbuty insisted me to send them a compensation claim to make my experience with Permacon better. My claim was reviewed by their supervisor Louis-Philippe Gauthier (the worst customer service rep); he has disregarded all my previous discussion with other Permacon staff anf devided not to issue any compensation since the above defects were within their quality controls guideline". I don't understand how 40% of the delivered batch having defects is within their quality controls tolerance. I will advice anyone and everyone to save money and stay far away from Permacon or their Be.On stone products!"
