Brooke, the reception was very accommodating to my schedule and fit me in no problem with what worked for me. Sydney, my technician left a lasting impression on me the first time I went in. She was very efficient and asked me how I was doing and if I was okay during the entire ultrasound process. The second time I went in she was very understanding of my condition and pain I was in and was super quick, let me know we were almost there and had me go to the bathroom as soon as possible. The next part of the exam was very quick and efficient with her talking me through the whole process. Saying “I’m just going to move to the left” and “you’ll feel something here” and “how are you doing” we both knew and understood that it was uncomfortable but her energy, efficiency and understanding made it more tolerable. In the future I’m sure I’ll be back and requesting her. Best medical professional experience I have had so far in my health journey.

I had an appointment here yesterday and the receptionist was super friendly and nice, however, I cannot say the same for the ultrasound tech. She was extremely rude and impatient! When I couldn’t understand her instructions because she was mumbling under her mask and I could not hear her, she began rolling her eyes and raising her voice at me. As a person who works in the medical field I would never speak to a patient this way. Very unprofessional.
