I can’t say enough positives about Giang Le ´s services! I asked her to notorize some important documents for me on short notice and she did it promptly and professionally, and she even mailed them to the US for me! I am somewhat technologically challenged at times and she walked me through the whole process with patience and understanding. She’s friendly, knowledgeable and her fees are so reasonable! Not only would I use her services again in a heartbeat but I highly, highly recommend Giang Le!

Giang was very kind and knowledgeable when she helped my sister. We can tell that she is experienced in matters regarding both Canadian and Vietnamese law. However, the service was unprofessional. If you have a business and accept clients by confirming the appointment, please meet at the appointment time. Giang called 3 hours later and didn’t apologize for missing the appointment.Communicating with Giang was also very difficult as she wouldn’t respond to emails but would try calling later at random times and would then resort to responding to our emails.When we also went to pick up the documents, they were not where Giang told us to find them (mailbox). She didn’t apologize again and asked us why we didn’t knock on the door but we didn’t know if we could as it was someone’s home. She should have provided a contact number to reach. We had to go back another day despite our busy schedules. It was a frustrating experience.

I would give this notary office above 5 stars, if it were possible. I just got a used vehicle transfer declaration notarized with this firm. This service is virtual, fast, and with a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend!
