They tried to save me 99 cents by letting me know that a bolt that I came in with that hadn't been machined properly and needed to be replaced, could be fixed with a file. I appreciated the honesty. I splurged on the new bolt anyway.

It is unacceptable to regularly lose debit and credit service. Pay the cost to run your business properly with reliable internet from a reputable provider. And if you don't have debit put a sign on your door so I don't waste half an hour shopping.

First time dealing with this home hardware, very happy with James in contractors desk and the delivery guy. Wish I knew his name. Bought him lunch though cause he went most likely above what he should have. But that's what it should be. Looking too expand my business up that and will definitely use them again.
