Went for the lunch special and it was pretty good. Different choices of broth and dipping sauce.Service could be better by proactively showing us how the menu works or if we had questions as they just seated us, left and 2 minutes later asking us if we are ready to order.Value wise it's on the pricier side as it cost us 70 for 2 and that's taking the lunch special including tips.

Absolutely amazing hotpot place, definitely one of my highlights visiting Montréal! Meat and vegetables were very fresh and presented well and there were lots of sauce options and desserts. I hope you guys will open up more branches in the west coast!

This is one of my go-to places. It’s a meal with an experience.Obviously it’s great that it’s AYCE but the best part is the sauce bar in my opinion. It’s fun to get creative and customize your sauce differently each time.Customer service is also always top tier, absolutely no complaints! If you’re new to hot pot, the staff are always there to guide you and help you choose what to order.This place is a must try :)

We had a wonderful evening at Liuyishou hotpot with Daniel as our server !First of all ,the service was excellent : Daniel was very kind and patient with us and explained the whole menu, along with his recommendations and was very helpful the whole supper, also making sure we always had plenty of broth and water. :)Then food wise: the variety of item and their freshness was just perfect and came in good portions, the lucky shrimp and mussels were our favourite . The base broths were very tasty and it was wonderful to be able to make our own sauce ourselves .The setting was also very nice and cozy , with the music being just the perfect volume and the seatings were very comfortable . Everything was very clean and welcoming .The price is also reasonable for a hot pot place including an all you can eat and make your own sauce/dessert " counter : at 31$ +2$ weekend fee and the base broth that we all shared together .Thank you for this very nice first experience

I've only been here during weekday lunch, so the atmosphere is busy but not packed.I love the robot that brings you order. If you order a lot at once this robot can handle the load. The human staff is very attentive, ready to refill your broth and take you order.Menu has some items offered other restaurants don't and vise versa.I already been here twice and I see myself coming back many more time. Highly recommend.

Incredible hotpot spot. For only 40$ per person, you get an amazing selection of food, plus fruits and dessert included. The premises are very clean and the waiter is nice. Couldn’t ask for more.

My best experience at a hot pot place ever!The hostess that greeted us wasn’t smiling a lot, seems like she wasn’t in the best mood that day. But we were quickly seated - I recommend you to go there at the opening, as an hour later it started to get really crowded and people had to wait in line to get seated. They gave us plates, chopsticks, and a plastic to cover up your clothes. They even give you a hair elastic if they see your hair is down and long! So thoughtful!Then, we ordered. All the waitresses and waiters had an iPad, and they punched everything you wanted to order, so the food came out pretty fast! A little cat robot also trotted around and stopped at your table, and a waiter or waitress will take the plates for your table and put them on the table for you.There’s also a sauce bar where you can get and mix your own sauce! At the sauce bar, you can also take fruits and some typical asian deserts. They were all so yummy! You can also order some more deserts if you wish - I highly recommend the deep fried buns, they are to die for!The food was, I tell you, DELICIOUS!! There’s also a waiter that was especially nice, and because of the amazing service he gave us (and the delicious food), I would definitely go back! And the prices were quite reasonable, we paid nearly 186$ including tips for 4 people, on a Saturday for lunch.

The services is amazing! The food is great (all you can eat). We have ordered 2 flavour in one big pot. Very satisfied. Will comeback againPs: it is a bit hard to make reservation. We have arrived right at the opening.

The buffet includes a wide selection of food for hotpot. Very authentic Chongqing style hotpot. However, it is a pity that the drink menu is very limited. Not only is there no alcoholic beverage, there are also few other options. Good hotpot needs good drinks... But overall, it is a good restaurant. I went to Liuyishou a lot even when I was living in Barcelona, Spain.
