I recently got pioneer to repair the outside of my basement and I couldn't be happier!!! Very professional and they kept me informed the whole way through. Needed sure I understood what they were doing, and how it would help seal the basement. I added a little extra work at the end and they were more than willing to do it. Answered every question I had, very friendly staff and they worked hard to get it done in a timely manner. Highly recommend this company to fix your basement or do any work on your yard

Took all summer and never completed my yard, did not follow instructions on how I wanted my yard. Phoned him first thing in the spring to finish the yard he drag me along for a month and a half and then told me he's too busy and find someone else.
