Guardian - Limeridge Medical Pharmacy

Love this pharmacy.. not only is it convenient that they are in the same building as my doctors office but they go above and beyond to make sure that you get the best care and offer many options to assure you take your medications on time such as free dosettes or blister packs and that you know all about the medications you are taking and if there are any interactions between them. The pharmacists are so amazing, friendly and helpful and the staff are always eager to help in anyway they can. My doctor was away for the holidays and when I forgot my medications up north I was in a panic but the pharmacist was able to give me an emergency supply until my doctor was back. Their hours are great through the week but not the best on the weekend as they are closed early on Saturday and closed on Sundays but they will accommodate you if your meds are due on either of those days and they have free delivery. Take a chance and transfer you will not be disappointed!!

Extremely disorganized, had me come back not once, not twice, but THREE times for my prescription when they had already called me to say it was ready to be picked up. Then the third time I went to try and pick it up i was left waiting for 30 mins while they got everything ready. Will not be using this pharmacy any longer. 0 stars

They need to comply with COVID protocol. I watched both the pharmacist and assistant working and talking with customers and their co-workers with masks improperly. At one point they were pulling masks down over chins to talk to people!You would think working in the medical field that they would set an example and not put others at risk.Completely irresponsible.

The entire team goes above and beyond every time to deliver exceptional service, for which I am deeply appreciative. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Terrible pharmacy. Was told my medication was ready for pick up but when I arrived it was a half hour wait and there was no one else in line. Pathetic.

Best pharmacy I've ever experienced, super fast and friendly service and their prices are amazing I recommend this pharmacy to anybody who is looking for a better Pharmacy they also offer free citywide delivery how can it get any better?

I have never gone back to any of the big drug stores for our prescriptions. This is a great pharmacy as pharmacist always answers your questions and free delivery to your home. Like a small town store

It's hard to find a pharmacy that's solely focused on high-quality care (instead of high quantity of volume prescriptions like many big-box pharmacies). Limeridge Medical Pharmacy is the exception to this notion and is an independent-run pharmacy with a shared goal of optimizing quality health and well-being for their patients and community. The Limeridge staff are all so warm and welcoming! The pharmacists and pharmacy students or interns are also highly knowledgeable and actually care to have a meaningful discussion on becoming better informed about one's health outcomes (which many big-box pharmacies don’t and will rush one out like a factory belt).Please keep in mind that we're currently in the COVID-19 pandemic and everyone is trying their best with the ever-changing COVID protocols! The store has plexi-glass throughout and some patients are hard of hearing or soft spoken so sometimes staff may need to pull their mask down in order to better communicate. When I asked the staff of their vaccine status for all employees, they are all fully vaccinated so the need to temporarily pull down their mask to better communicate with some patients makes sense and is also less of a concern with having plexi-glass up throughout the store.Most people don't realize that a prescription needs to be thoroughly checked for safety and efficacy by the pharmacist…so yes, it can take up to 30-45 minutes because doctors are human and can make errors by not taking into account allergies, kidney/liver function, health coverage, and/or correct dosing for age or weight. Would you (as the patient) rather have this process done correctly and safely or, would you rather have the pharmacists and pharmacy team rush through it all and have the potential for errors and risk to your health? Lastly, sometimes medications may also need to be special ordered in, which can delay the process further and take 24-48hours because it’s not regularly stocked and doctors do not know what a store carries in their inventory stock.I highly recommend the Limeridge Medical Pharmacy store and its affiliated stores because they actually care will take the time to help you and any of your health concerns!

Very good pharmacy and great service. Delivery too. However dissapointed that everyone here abandoned masking including virtually every covid protection measure and protecting their vulnerable clients. Also why is online appointment booking for vaccines not available? They need to join the 21st century.

Extremely disorganized. We always have to wait at least 30 mins for our prescription. The fact that we always called them first to make sure we can pickup but still had to wait for forever inside is an indication that they really are not doing things right. Please improve
