Service was a bit slow, but to be fair I don't think the staff were ready or expecting a group of guys coming in to make an order all at once. My coffee was fine, but there were mistakes made on the orders of my friends. Still 4 stars because I'm a Starbucks fan.

Good place for quick breakfast and coffee. There r some breakfast options like bagel, egg and banana bread loaf etc. Coffee flavors are very good and served hot.

Store looks new and clean. Staff was super fast with order and items were ready by the time we reached the collection area. Restrooms are neat and clean. There is a setting area if you want to eat inside but do check timings. It's close to the highway and has parking around the plaza. There are few more shops next to it.

I forgot my purse in their outside dining area and they found it and kept it safe for me until I was able to come retrieve it. Also the strawberry refresher was really well made!!

This is a great Starbucks..30 km West of Quebec City just off hwy 20...shell gas pumps adjacent so great stop with bilingual staff!

Terrible customer service at the drive through on August 4th, 2021 at 9:50 AM!!! Never had this type of rude customer experience with Starbucks anywhere in the world I’ve been. Manager, shame on your management skills, by allowing young rude and inexperienced people ruining the name of such known brand !!!!
