Go see Rich! He’s made our experience buying appliances a dream. Even with all the delays these days, Rich made the process tolerable. Great service and the best prices are at this store. Manager was not the nicest when processing payment, but still an overall 5 stars from me.

I purchased my fridge and stove at this store just 6 months ago. Paid in full on the spot. On Tuesday my brand new fridge stopped working. The ice machine never worked properly and I never complained; but now nothing works. I called them 3 times for help. The manager Greg was extremely rude to me. They said they would not help me. I had to call Maytag in Texas. They are not able to send anyone till Tuesday. 1 week with no fridge. All my food is destroyed. I called Essex Appliance Center where I purchased my dishwasher, washer/dryer and they sent someone out yesterday. Wanting to show excellent customer service. Do not purchase anything from this store. They will take your money. Then they will not help you with a new purchase even under water. They will be heartless and cold. Terrible store. Just the worst. Go to Essex. Much better human beings.

Poor customer service. We ordered a full Jennair kitchen and in the beginning they were good to price match a deal that we had found elsewhere (which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1). Once we purchased we never heard from our sales rep again. Their communication is terrible. We had to go to the store to see if our appliances had arrived, because we could never reach our sales rep. Even then he never did contact us back to confirm. He forgot to book our installation, which left us in a tough spot to figure something out for ourselves. I love my appliances, but would never purchase from this store again based on their disappointing service and complete lack of accountability.

I've been working with the Appliance Shoppe for several years now. I have always received incredible sales support and service from the team. Over the years, I've purchased my kitchen and laundry appliances there and I couldn't recommended them enough. I wouldn't do business anywhere else.

Paul Pittao is an excellent, service oriented appliance expert. He has been there to provide assistance for all appliances in our house from the time we built in 2010 right up to today. The products he sells work beautifully and when there's a problem he helps us with service and replacement. THANKS PAUL!!!!

Worse service ever. Ordered combination oven since Feb 2021 and finally got them first week of August 2022. If I had not called to ask it would probably still be sitting in their warehouse. In 18 months I received 0 phone calls from the rep to let me know where my appliances were. Every time I called the rep had to always go check that day or the day after as he would not be there on Fridays to let me know what the estimated time would be. Never seen such poor customer service. If they had so much work with appliances being ordered and delivered I would understand but when you have nothing as everything is in backorder not sure what you are so busy to not pick up the phone at least once in 2/3 months to let your customers know what is going on. I guess they were too busy trying to justify their jobs. Never going back to them for anything.

My friend told me about the terrible experience she had with this store. Purchased a fridge 6 months ago paid in full and it hasn’t been working for 11 days straight. All her food is spoiled. It is 100 degrees out. No cold fluids for her family. It is still under warranty and they refuse to replace it. They just tell her to call the repair center in Texas!!The manager Greg was of no help what so ever. Do not make a mistake of purchasing anything here. Most terrible store in the city

We are beyond pleased with the service we received on our Kitchen Aid gas range. Paul and the staff have been beyond helpful. Kudos to all.

When we built our new home we bought all of our appliances at The Appliance Shoppe on Walker Rd. Our experience was a very positive one. Paul was very helpful and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about all the appliances and helped us pick out the appliances that better suited our needs and our budget. If we had any issues we were directed to the Service Department. The gentleman working there called Brian was very reliable, courteous and friendly. He kept us informed as to the status of any part that needed to be ordered and made sure the tech installed it on time. We are very pleased with the service we got from both Paul and Brian!!!

Went there to replace and old fridge and were extremely pleased with the experience. Rich helped us in the store and was very knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up getting a fantastic Frigidaire unit for a great price. We saw a very similar model elsewhere for significantly more money. They delivered the unit a few days later. I believe the names of the delivery crew were Jesse and Conner. They did a great job disassembling and removing the old Samsung, then bringing up the new unit, disassembling it in the hall, then assembling it inside our unit. All of this was needed because it wouldn’t fit through the door otherwise. I definitely recommend this store, whether you need a standard fridge or a $20,000 wine chiller. Amazing selection, prices, and staff.
