I wish if I could have given this business 10 Stars instead of 5. The staff member who helped me, was very kind, understanding and was very helpful. He went above and beyond to help me and did every possible effort to make my life easier.I am sorry, I don't know his name but after a long long time I received such a wonderful customer service.My only request to the Management is kindly schedule 2 people for the shift, as the Gentleman who helped me had to run around all by himself attending phone calls and helping customers at the same time which kind of was exhausting for him. He is a great employee, kindly take care of him in a proper manner.

This review is not just about the store, but a specific product. I have never been in the store but I was put in contact with them prior to total knee replacement surgery. They sell a ice/compression unit called the ‘Breg Polar Care Wave’. I purchased a unit prior to my surgery and began using it the morning after my surgery. I was discharged 2 days after surgery with 70 degrees range of motion. When I filled my prescription with what the hospital prescribed and I read what they had been giving my, I thought no way am I taking it. I truly believe this unit is as effective as pain meds and, as they say on their web site, it definitely has the potential to keep people off opioid dependence. For the first couple weeks, I was taking 1 or 2 extra strength Tylenol and that was it. The rest of the pain was handled by the use of this unit. After my surgery, I had a 6 hour car ride home. I filled the machine with ice and used a power inverter to operate the unit during the ride. I was also fortunate enough to already own a countertop ice maker. I just keep making ice and storing it in a cooler. My second and last physio appointment was at 2 ½ weeks and I was told I didn’t need anything more. I had 120 degree of motion already. I am now at about 2 ½ months post surgery and doing pretty much all my usual activity. If I overdue it, I just use the unit again. I wanted to give this store credit for selling these machines. I have only spoken to the staff over the phone and they have been very pleasant.

Staffs of both branch were incredibly helpful and they work with awesome. Keep it up!
