My experience with Otis Gear was fantastic from first contact to pick up of my truck! My day went straight downhill when I lost my reverse gear in my F150 work truck so I started calling around different shops to get ballpark price on repairing it. Most service people who answered were borderline rude when talking to me and the prices they gave me were high (talk about mark-up!!).My luck changed when I got in touch with Kevin at Otis Gear!! Friendly and upbeat and his estimate was definitely an improvement over the other shops. I had it towed there and just got it back good as new, even a few days earlier than expected! Kevin is solid and it shows in his work. He originally quoted me higher to fix my car but when I went to pick it up he told me it took less time which saved me money at the end, not many shops would do that. You have gained my trust and future business.
