Great experience. My sister had our parents table refinished and it came out beautifully, so we decided to do the same with a 70s dining table we inherited. We asked for dark stain while still showing the wood veins and I’m beyond words, it’s gorgeous!Great communication, easy to work with and turned around the table within a few weeks (the table had a lot of detail and nothing was missed). They even helped us understand the history of the design and how to set it up. Appreciate it and will definitely do business with them again

I highly recommend Kim if you need to have your furniture repaired and want to have it looking as good as new.Kim recently repaired my dining room table. One of the feet on the 3 leg pedestal base had snapped (a delicate piece), and Kim explained she could make the repair in her shop. When she returned to reassemble the table, I couldn’t even tell which foot had been repaired. They looked identical, and the colour and finish matched everything perfectly. It is difficult to find someone to do a minor furniture repair but Perfect Touch was eager to help. Kim came on site to repair an older dinning table with a loose leg that kept falling off. She was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and clean. Her love and appreciation of my older set found her also reinforcing the other legs to promote the life of the table and to make sure that I would be happy with many more years use. I am very confident in the workmanship of the repair and am pleased with her pricing that I am now looking into having her refresh and repair the dining table chairs and refinish an old wood front door.
