Got my first Brazilian wax ever at Jennifer’s - found her through Groupon over 2 years ago. She’s very kind, professional and efficient! Lovely to chat with and made the experience very comfortable and painless as possible. Her salon is my go-to place now! I've also gotten my lash extensions done there as well (classic set), it was a great price considering location and she did an amazing job despite me being late to the appointment (working fast during a short period of time) :-)

Booked a couples massage and Jennifer was so kind to fit us in on short notice ! It was our first time at this spa and we will definately be back. The spa is very clean , tidy and the staff are very welcoming. The massage was incredible as both Dora and Sabrina did an amazing job. Will definitely go back next time we have an overnight in Toronto. Very affordable, and very well worth it.

First time going to J.french last Monday and I must say I was extremely impressed. Finding spas/salons downtown have been a hit or a miss with me especially with heavy price tags. However, this place was well worth the money and time. They have packages that I say are a bang for your buck compared to other salons that charge almost double. My partner and I went for a hot stone massage and it was very relaxing. Dora, my masseuse was wonderful and really got into every pressure point. Sometimes massages feels rushed but they took their time and really tried their best to make our time relaxing. I am already looking into getting another appointment and bringing my family bc they are well worth it!

Jennifer is the best, most professional person I have ever encountered in the aesthetics profession. I’m have never had such detailed, pain free, effortless wax before. Jennifer’s prices are very reasonable and competitive. I originally purchased a groupon and have now paid in full for the year.I would highly recommend J French Beauty and Jennifer’s service. I've only gone here for waxes. Jennifer does a great job. She's always so nice and does her best to make you comfortable. The place is always very clean and the rooms are decorated nicely.Another reason to go is for the weekday wax special. $35 for a Brazilian wax is awesome, especially for the quality of the service.

Came in for a spa package for two in such short notice. We found the massage and facial well worth the value, especially having the warm towels, exfoliant and hot stone aspects. So glad to have found J French beauty amongst many downtown massage places

Jennifer gave me the best microdermabrasion facial! She really takes her time and makes sure that you have a great experience. The room was very clean and relaxing, and my skin looks fantastic! I will definitely be going back!

I was first introduced to J French Spa through a Groupon for Brazilian wax, and I've been a regular customer every since! Jennifer's spa is so clean and her service is exceptional! In winter she provides a heating pad on the waxing/massaging station - talk about comfort! I have recently discovered this place. I went for wax yesterday. It was my first time here (after trying many places) and i was very worried. But it turned out to be the best decision. Jennifer was so gentle, friendly and understanding. The place is very peaceful and clean. Then i booked hydration facial. That is a perfect experience that i recommend everybody to do. Jennifer was great!!
