We have attended this clinic twice and loved our visit. Dr flexhaug explains things in a very easy to understand manner and is great with kids. There was no issue that I brought both of my children, in fact he made us all feel very welcome.Reception gives a sticker at each weigh in which is a lovely touch.

Dr. Cody Flexhaug is amazing. He's a very caring doctor. Very patient. Never rushes us. Really listens to all our concerns and has helped our son a lot. Thank you!!

Dr. Lever has been our pediatrician for over a decade. He is kind, patient, extremely through and has consulted with other medical colleagues to suggest best direction of care for our complex needs. I am so thankful for the care and attention he has provided for my children. Thank you Dr. Lever

Dr.Cooper is the most amazing children’s doctor on the planet. He’s kind, caring and understanding. He is never in a rush and makes sure no questions go unanswered.

I am not talking about the Doctors in this clinic. I am talking about the staff and admins of the clinic. They are sooo rude! I booked an appointment two months ago and I had to take off from my work when I went there they told me I am not booked for today and when I asked them to explain how it possible they were so aggressive and told me that is my mistake! My appointment was early morning and it was so hard to prepare my little baby and be on time for the appointment! But No responsibility for their mistakes any my time !

Dr. Yow is excellent with our son. She takes times to listen and inform us on options for his diagnosis and treatments. Staff are excellent here and have always been courteous and polite even when we called for an emergency appointment. So happy to have my son looked after here.

Dr. Flexhaug is a warm and friendly soul, extremely approachable, he follows the beat of his own drum, and is always willing to make direct personal contact. He'll even give advice over the phone. Given his age, one would assume that he's not as seasoned as he actually is. I appreciate the excellent care that My Son has received from Dr. Flexhaug. Reception is unimpressive.

Jovial and Friendly front office desk staff... Doctor was also timely and friendly too

The front end staff were the most rude and unaccomodating b——-s I have “ever” had to deal with. I thought they were having a bad day the first time but when they were still extremely rude, disrespectful and hard to book appointments with the second time, I ended seeing this doctor. It seemed like they hated all the children too, always after them to take off their shoes, sit on the chairs, do this, don’t do that, constantly, and most parents said nothing in return to the rudeness. They need the sign stating “abuse will not be tolerated” turned so they can read it themselves. Very, very nasty. The Doctor was also a tad weird believing she knew body chemistry better than scientists. She got angry when my son took a picture of her on his iPod while fooling around. She didn’t care when I told her how difficult her receptionists were to book appointments with or even talk to. The only decent person I saw there was an intern. Very awful place. I wouldn’t recommend this abusive hell hole to anyone mostly because of the rude disrespectful receptionists. Hopefully others will stop attending appointments here until action is taken to get rid of the worst staff in the world. These people should not be around children at all. I see other reviews about the same problem, so run away from this one, it’s horrible.

I just had to write my own review after I saw the other bad review. When I was referred to Dr. Olliver at this clinic due to delayed development in my youngest child, it took about 3 or 4 months for them to call and book the appointment, so about 6 months from the time I was referred was when we met Dr. Olliver. So yes, it took a while, and the staff I will agree is a tad brusque and not very friendly, but Dr. Olliver was definitely worth that and the wait. His manner with my child is absolutely fantastic, he's very knowledgeable and wasted no time getting my son referred to all manner of specialists, and ordering his own tests already. He was very thorough in having my son checked for absolutely everything he could think of, starting with the most likely. The specialists he referred us to were also just absolutely fantastic in every way. My son has now been diagnosed with autism, and Dr. Olliver is following up with him regularly, and has gone above and beyond in getting us the information we need to move forward from here.
