Visited this store a couple weeks ago with my partner after being recommended to check this store out by a family member and we are so happy we did. The customer service was 10/10. Sandy and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and very polite. If you or anyone you know needs work clothes or safety equipment, I would highly recommend checking these guys out!

Here is my honest review. Great customer service, everyone there is very helpful and friendly. The store manager, Sandy, is very friendly and welcoming as well. Staff seem to be a lot more helpful and friendly and knowledgeable of the goods than those at Mark's. Should definitely check out Work Authority Mississauga if you are in the area. They also sell work pants, vests, jackets, beanies, helmets, and more. Many brands to find here, like Timberland, CAT, and KODIAK. Even with difficult customers, the staff are very patient. I would recommend buying your workwear here!

One of the few places left that regularly have size 13 boots in a selection where I can find something that looks good AND is comfy instead of just the minimum fitting my feet. Friendly staff to help me find what I needed quickly.

Called in to see if they had a pair of the Blundstone 163s in my size and Sandy affirmed there were four. When I arrived after work, I was greeted by Shahzad and he brought what I was looking for. Will come back for other workwear needs. Would recommend this store and location!
