We took our large SUV to remove pet hair from the entire car. And we have a giant shedding dog, and they did an amazing job. They squeezed us in due to our time constraints, and still managed to do a way better job than expected. The service was amazing, the people extremely professional yet warm, and willing to work with us to find a solution to our problems. Would highly recommend them to everyone. Best car wash in Penticton

We used this car wash last week after two trips to ski hills. Our car was filthy. After we got home, we realized that the brushes in the car wash scratched the whole passenger side in many different places, gouged the back passenger side bumper, and scratched up our roof rack. We just got this car in December and it was in perfect condition. We went back and the attendant gave us the owner's number. After multiple attempts to contact him, including several messages left, he did not get back to us. This is extremely poor service and I will tell everyone I know not to use this car wash.

BEWARE Worst service. You dont even deserve a single starWe took our brand new car for a wash from them and it came out full of scratches . We gave the owner a call and he told us that I was the first person to complain and couldn't do anything about it. Finds out theres A LOT of people complaining and owner not doing anything nor communicating with customers! Yeah thats right you're just showing people you are reaching out by giving your number, email, and a chance to review footage.. Terrible service, never going back again. @lauren, I will gladly share your post on FB to spread the word.

Paid $14 for a car wash. The young man pre-washed certain areas of the vehicle but the automated wash didn't get my front windshield clean and I had to go around with a rag for highway dirt all over the car. Then I found out my hood wasn't clean & now I'm just disappointed in this car wash over all.

I purchased the Royal Wash today specifically for the underbody spray for $17. What a joke and total waste of my money and my time. There was no under body spray. My small car had zero spray or water that even remotely touched the underside of my vehicle. A complete disappointment. I will NEVER use your services again and I highly recommend that others do not use this car wash. A complete waste of money.

Excellent car wash , the unlimited membership is great value for money if you have to wash your car more than 3 times in a month. Vacuum works great and is included with the wash. The people working there are really nice. The only issue is that as you exit there is always a puddle of dirty water and could mess your car again.
