Awesome bread!!! you’ll find a variety of these stands across Pender island that work on an honour system (look out for the signs on the road!). You pretty much take what you want and then just leave the money in the money jar (or e-transfer!). Super delish!

Best croissants on the island!! Great bread, baguettes, sweet and savoury treats. Get there early on Tuesdays and Fridays. I would give it 10 stars if i could. Cash or etransfers.

We discovered this amazing little bakery with limited hours conveniently located near our rental. Get there early before they sell out! The bread is yummy so it goes fast. They sell a variety of breads including baguettes and croissants and pastries. I'll be returning on our next visit!
